Virtually everything I write I make available for free... even the stuff I've invested a lot of time and effort into. If you'd like to say thanks, I'd love to hear from you. The good ol' United States Post Office would be happy to deliver something to me, whether it's a postcard or a check! Sending cash is never a good idea; in the past, I've received a number of pilfered, emptied envelopes.
